Due to the large support load, I can no longer answer questions free of charge. In order to provide a first level filter, I am charging each support question $0.95. Note that the payment is on a per-ticket basis. The support ticket is valid for 72 hours. And the paid-support model is applicable to both the Lite and Pro versions of all my plugins, except that the Pro version gives you free support for 72 hours from the time of purchase.
Please go through the FAQ section first to find solutions to your issues first. If you still need to contact me, you can ask your question using my ezSupport paid support ticket interface. Choose the plugin for which you need support. Remember to include the website where you are facing the problem, in case I want to take a look.
